Mandir Highlights

This Mandir of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba is situated opposite to Devarapalli Bus Stand and beside Grama Panchayat Office at Devarapalli Village in West Godavari District of Seemandhra.

The Bhoomi Pooja for the construction of the Mandir was performed in February 1994.

The Mandir was inaugurated on 31st January 1996 by Shri.Vedurupaka God Garu in the presence of all the trust members and large number of local Sai Devotees.

Shri.A.Satyanarayanacharilu is the incharge of the Mandir. The temple trust namely Shri Shirdi Sainatha Seva Samaj, Devarapalli is taking care of the day to day activities and developmental activities of the Mandir.

The Mandir is built on a vast 1000 Square Feet of land that is registered in the name of the Temple Trust.
A 5.5 Feet beautiful Marble Idol of Shri Sai Baba is present in the Sanctum Sanctorum of the Mandir. Marble Padukas in front of Sai Baba Idol as in Shirdi has also been installed in the main Mandir.
Sacred Dhuni was installed at the entrace of the Mandir Premises on 22nd October 2004.
A 2 Feet Marble Idol of Dattatreya & 1.5 Feet Pancha Loha Idol of Lakshmi Narayana have also been installed in the Sanctum Sanctorum of the Mandir.
A 1.5 Feet Marble Idols of Ganapati, 1 Feet Marble Idol of Saraswati and 1.5 Feet Marble Idol of Gayathri Devi have also been installed inside the Sanctum Sanctorum of the Mandir.

Temple Timings:

The Mandir is kept open everyday from morning 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Evening 5 PM to 8 PM. On Thursday's and Special Festival Occasions, the Mandir is kept opon from morning 3:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Evening 4 PM to 9:30 PM.

Vishesha Pooja with 108 Golden Flowers will be performed in the Mandir on Thursday's and other festival occasions.

Palanquin Procession is taken throughout the village on Thursday's and Festival occasions.

Spiritual Satsang is held on Saturday's in the Mandir.

Large Scale celebration of festivals:

Sri Ramanavami
Chandanotsavam is perfomed in the morning. Palanquin Procession is held in the evening.
2.
Guru Poornima
Special Abhishekam to Lord Sai Baba with 108 Litres of Cow Milk and Holy water from Godavari River is performed. Laksha Bilvarchana is performed after the Abhishekam.
3.
Mukkoti Ekadashi
Sai Baba is decorated as "Lord Venkateshwara Swamy" on this day.
4.
Vijayadashmi
Baba's Punyatithi is observed in a special way culminating in Baba's Palanquin Procession throughout the village.
5.
Temple Anniversary on Bhishma Ekadashi Day
Anniversary celebration is started five Days before Bhishma Ekadashi itself by way of performing various Homas on daily basis. On the Anniversary day i.e., Bhishma Ekadashi, "Lakshmi Narayana Kalyanam" and Annadanam on large scale is held.
6.
Datta Jayanthi Datta Pradakshinam to Lord Sai Baba is performed.
7.
Sri Panchami

Social Service Activities of The Trust:

The Temple Trust conducts Annadanam Every Thursday for about 300 Sai Devotees who visit the Mandir.

The Mandir is situated at a distance of 30 KMS from Rajamundry Bus Stand and Railway Station. Plenty of Buses are available from Rajamundry to Devarapalli. Devarapalli is situated on Rajamundry - Vijayawada Highway. Sai Devotees should alight at Devarapalli Bus Stand.
